I’m a Customer Success Manager at WooCommerce, part of Automattic. I work with enterprise and high-value merchants to drive growth and long-term success on the platform.
Before this I spent ~7 years as a Happiness Engineer at Automattic, then a developer rotation through WordPress VIP and Jetpack. Earlier still, I founded Hartzler Digital Media — building WordPress sites for small businesses out of Ohio.
I’ve co-organized WordCamp US for over a decade, helping shape one of the flagship events of the global WP community.
When I’m not at the computer (rare): CrossFit, 3D printing, reading, traveling. I live in Dayton, OH with my wife, our 12-year-old daughter, and 9-year-old son.
